Garuda Finalises US$ 300m Syndicated Loan

PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk is preparing a longer-term loan to replace its short-term loans. Managing Director Pahala Mansury said it was finalising a global syndicated loan worth US$ 200 million-US$ 300 million to be completed before the end of September 2018.

The syndicated loan will complement the funding scheme in the form of securitisation of asset-backed securities under collective investment contracts (KIK-EBA) worth IDR 2 trillion. The goal is that 60 percent-70 percent of funding will have a period of two to four years.
